Freight Charges
Freight is calculated based on your delivery address location. Average Freight Charge is approx $6.50 inc GST for orders delivered within New Zealand, regardless of whether your address is rural or urban. In cases where an order exceeds our standard freight charge, you will be notified via email and invoiced accordingly (some exceptions apply).

Bulk Freight
Please contact PCWise for a bulk freight quotation in the event of a product(s) you think is likely to incur a Bulk Freight charge due to excessive size, weight and/or quantity.
In general, items weighing more than 25kg or measuring 0.054m2 by volume (outside packaging) or items which are very long are bulk freight items. Normal couriers refuse to ship such items and therefore have to be shipped by special bulk freight couriers.
Some examples of bulk freight products: very large monitors and televisions, large laser printers, projector screens, wide paper rolls etc.
Shipping costs for bulk freight items are provided on case by case basis depending on the size and weight of the item, rates of the carrier and its destination. We charge out bulk freight charges at cost.
Please note that the customer will be made aware of the shipping costs involved in all cases before an order is processed where bulk freight charges are involved. Items will be shipped on bulk freight couriers only if the customer accepts and agrees to the costs.

No Stock on Premises
We do not hold any stock on our premises. We ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses. We can act as a receiving agent on your behalf but normally it is easier for us to ship orders directly to you. As we would have to arrange a courier delivery to our office address if you choose to collect from here, a courier charge would still apply.

Collection from Warehouse
We can arrange collection directly from our supplier's warehouse in most instances. Please contact PCWise prior to choosing this delivery option as not all the distributor's we use are based in Auckland – some are in Wellington and/or Christchurch.

We Do Not Ship Overseas
Freight is payable on all orders. Orders shipped within NZ - only. We do not ship overseas.

Physical Address Required
When placing an order with PCWise we normally require a physical street address. Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a PO Box unless prior approval has been obtained from PCWise. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods and identification may be requested. We can arrange delivery to your work address if this is more convenient. We cannot authorise deliveries to be left at your door without a signature unless you have a prior signed authority from your local courier company.

Invoices Posted Separately
As we post invoices separately to couriered orders, we also require your postal address if this differs from your physical address.

Delivery Times
Web orders are processed promptly. Receipt of each order is confirmed via automated e-mail response. Orders are usually shipped same day if in stock and can be tracked from the time it leaves the warehouse. Orders placed in the morning will often be delivered same day if shipped within Auckland. We aim to deliver next day North Island and two-day South Island. Overnight delivery can be arranged to South Island addresses but please contact PCWise prior to placing your order to confirm, as an additional charge may be necessary. Delivering to a rural address can add an extra day.
You can follow the progress of your order by logging into your account on our web site and checking the status or ETA of your order at any time.

How do I know the weight of my goods?
The weight of the goods that you are purchasing will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Urgent Courier
We are able to arrange urgent courier deliveries. Please contact PCWise for a freight quote prior to placing your order. We charge out addition fast-courier charges at cost.
